Rademon Estate Distillery

At Rademon Estate Distillery we are proud to be Northern Ireland’s First Award Winning Craft Distillery.  Our small batch philosophy ensures that every aspect of our spirits meets our exacting vision.  Everything is crafted and perfected by hand.

Our first spirit, Shortcross Gin, was released in April 2014 and is inspired by its surroundings of lush gardens and forest fauna.  Shortcross was created to be a classical Gin that with a unique twist; best described as floral meadows, wild berries and grassy notes.  It is highly aromatic with an exceptionally long and smooth finish.

Following on from the success of Shortcross Gin, the first casks of our Irish Whiskey were laid down at Rademon Estate Distillery in 2015.  Our whiskies are double distilled on bespoke copper pot still’s to create a fuller bodied spirit.  The distillery is also focusing on the innovative use of cereals and cask selection to create new flavour profiles.  Our first Single Malt Irish Whiskey will come of age in late 2018

We welcome guests from all over the world to explore our unique working distillery and visitors centre.

Experience Tour and Tasting

We are now offering exclusive pre-booked tour and tasting experiences, these will unlock some of the secrets and skills that go into creating our single malt whiskey and Shortcross Gin.
