With beautiful old world architecture and original furnishings, the Sonny Molloy’s “Whiskey Tasting Experience” is rated as one of the best in the country and the award winning bar is also part of the much loved ‘Galway Whiskey Trail’.

The bar was once a famous drapery shop ran by the much loved Galway personality Sonny Molloy and to this day the bar counter is still the same as when the man himself worked behind it!

Sonny Molloy’s is fondly regarded as the home of Midleton Whiskey in the West of Ireland as it’s one of the only bars in the world to display the full Midleton Very Rare Collection, including the Midleton Very Rare 30th Anniversary Pearl Edition.
