Teeling Distillery a Finalist for Europe’s Leading Distillery Tour Award

Teeling Whiskey Distillery in Dublin contacted us this morning to let us know that they have been nominated for a “Europe’s Leading Distillery Tour” at the 2019 World Travel Awards which take place in Madeira, Portugal in June.
Teeling Distillery are asking for us all to vote for them on the World Travel Awards Website at Vote for Teeling Whiskey Distillery in the World Travel Awards.

In their note to us this morning, Teeling Distillery said:
When we opened our doors in June 2015, the Teeling Distillery became the first new Dublin distillery in over 125 years! Since this point, Team Teeling has made it a priority to provide the best customer experience possible for all our visitors. It is a huge honour for us to be nominated for a World Travel Award, and it would be great if we could win the overall award in June!

The Winner of the Best Distillery Tour in Europe will then go forward to compete for the award of Best Distillery Tour in the World.
There are 4 Irish Distillery Tour nominations competing for Europe’s Best Distillery Tour Award with Teeling joined by Bushmills, Jameson and Tullamore D.E.W.’s Visitor Centre also among the twelve shortlisted finalists. Also in that twelve are Camus Cognac from Ile de Ré on the West Coast of France who have close associations with Lambay Irish Whiskey.
