70cl / 46% / North Star Spirits – A 1998 Hazelburn single malt distilled at Springbank from indie bottler North Star Spirits, matured in a sherry hogshead for 22 years before being bottled in November 2020. Aromas of caramelised almonds, golden syrup and marzipan fill the nose, complemented by notes of ginger flapjacks, chocolate praline and raspberry jam throughout the palate.
